- Experience in ticketing software Galileo/ Abacus/ Amadeus is a MUST!!
Proficient in networking and contracting with Hotels across and price negotiations.
- Experience & expertise in bookings for both Inbound & Outbound travel.
- Managing International & Domestic Ticket booking, Railway Ticket booking, VISA, Foreign Exchange documentation for internal and external customers.
- Provide advises to the customers on prices, multiple conveyance options in parts of the world with exclusive pricing discounts and deals.
- Liaison with suppliers/vendors and clients to make customized itineraries, packages, vacations , as well as make accommodations , travel arrangements (including car bookings), reservations as per the needs of the clients/ employees.
- Networking and contracting with Hotels across and price negotiations for booking rooms as per clients (both internal and external) travel plan & budget.
- Providing local transport to the employees at the place of visit and ensure all bookings are as per entitlements.
Coordinating with the clients (both internal and external) travelling and track, and troubleshoot problems if any, during travel, and ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Be cognizant of judiciously using the travel budget and keep the costs minimum.
- Conduct relevant searches online and through vendor networking to identify travel offers and best ways to barter frequent flyer miles.
- Internal coordination with accounts, operations and other functions and documentation of all work done.
- Payment updating in coordination with the Accounts department.
- Keeping the Verticals Heads/ Management updated about the travel plans of all employees.
- Record, monitor and analyze travel numbers and forecast annual travel budgets.
- Do complete documentation of the destination, its characteristics, activities, accommodation and other travel essentials, and compile all of this into a comprehensive knowledgebase.
- Create, maintain, real time update and consistently submit travel related dashboards.
Vetting of bills as received by ticketing agency & vendors and clearing them
Create unique travel products and promote those travel products through various channels.
