- Responsible for end to end HR activities (Pre-recruitment and Post recruitment).
- Well versed in HR Policies and Strong Knowledge in IT Recruitment
- Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
- Managing files, records related to day to day admin activities.
- Leaves, attendance and Payroll Management.
- Role in employee engagement.
- Responsible for office administrative duties.
- Supporting E-commerce Back Office Work.
- Exit interviews
- Effective handling of Administrative tasks.
- Preparing monthly attendance reports.
- Coordinating with walk-in interviews.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Power point) and in HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication plus verbal and written skills in English & interpersonal skills.
- Implement predefined tasks within allotted time and based on established requirements.
- Ability to handle independently the recruitment life cycle.
- Should be able to Manage Multiple Location Globally.
- Good Present-ability
- Should be able to handle pressure.
- Should be ready to source data from all the required resource.
