We are looking to hire dynamic candidates for our ADMIN team, You will be responcible of the following.
- Calendar/Inbox Management
- Email/Correspondence support between Management and other parties. Travel Management
- Expense Reimbursement Processing, Processing for Procurement of products and services for admin
- Facilitating New Employee on-boarding , Track and efficiently manage head count, Organizing morale events, workshops/ conferences and customer meets
- Travel logistics/meeting agendas etc. for visiting executives, Raising various request for procurement through
Looking into various approvals on behalf of the directors travel approvals, expense approvals, procurement approvals, requisition approvals etc.
- Interface with and coordinates activities between various departments and outside parties.
- Work in an environment that is generally of a critical and confidential nature.
- Ability to multi-task. Preferred. Ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.
Lead the Business Units team meeting of activities.
