A fast growing software services company with operations in multiple locations is looking to hire a lead HR Recruiter.
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. You should have 4 + years of experience in HR and HR recruiter functions with a successful track record in recruiting employees of various experience levels in IT/software services industry.
- Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs
- Give feedback to company hiring managers on job market, candidates and skills availability, Design, create and update job descriptions for posting at job search sites , Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, StackOverflow and Behance)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Arrange candidate interviews with hiring teams, Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Perform reference and background checks, Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard and thereafter, Perform employee training as needed on policies, compliance, performance etc.
Complete timely reports on employment activity
