We are looking for IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Executive profile.

CCS providing end to end IT Solutions and Services to its customers all over India. CCS having approx.400 employee working Pan India. CCS is having offices in Mumbai, Bangalore along with Head Office in New Delhi.
Designations: IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Executive(Male)
Education: Any Graduate / 3 Years Polytechnic Diploma
- Attending customer calls and managing Helpdesk Tools.
- Generate ticket and assigning call tickets to the engineers.
- Responsible for MIS reporting and escalation matrix.
- Coordination between Customers, Managers and Engineers for smooth work.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot Systems, Network and application Problems by Telephonic & Remotely.
- Incidents & Request management
- Minimum of 6 Months working experience in IT Helpdesk/ Coordinator / Technical Support profile.
- Should have good written & verbal communication
- Should be flexible on timings
