Job Description:

Asst Manager/Manager – HR for a leading public limited company having Call centres across key metros in India including Bangalore.

The Position requires:

  • Manage HR activities of 500 to 600 seater domestic inbound and outbound calling
  • Must have Call centre BPO experience in HR for atleast 3 to 4 years
  • Must have done Mass recruitment and induction activities
  • Manage the time and attendance
  • Co-ordinate with the operations and corporate for payroll activities (there will be a payroll executive to assist) Must be able to manage Retention
  • Spoken Kannada is must
