Job Description:

• Lead a team of 15-20 voice associates
• Meeting client defined goals on KPIs
• Liaise with support functions to ensure that associate grievances are addressed
• Skilled at Outlier management
• Data-driven approach to analysis of under performance

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
AGE: 25-35

Candidate must be ready to work in Rotational Shift.
